#2 Valentines Day, just one day?
With today being Valentines Day I decided to discuss the subject a little. Having never celebrated the day much before, this years was the first I did anything with it and I can't even say it was anything different from an average weekend. My girlfriend and I decided we would make gifts for each other to save money and make it actually mean something that wasn't found on Pinterest or Facebook. Although we didn't make it to the day to exchange gifts, thanks to her, it was still a fun experience to actually celebrate the holiday for once. We also decided to go see Deadpool, both our ideas, on Saturday to beat the rush of everyone doing everything all at once. Lucky for me she's not a real girls girl and goes crazy over the holiday so I got out of it easy. Even though its a special day I don't think if you care about someone you should make just one day to show it, so I guess I just see valentines day as a themed day to show the person you love how you feel. How do you celebrate valentines day? Big crazy show of love and affection? Night with a movie and ice cream? Somewhere in the middle?

Kyle--You have some fine topics and ideas for discussion here so far, but you are too brief. Build more analysis and discussion. Create significance. Dig. Expand. (I know you have heard this before...) Don't forget about rhetoric and visual appeal as well.
